Connectors
What is connected today, what is coming, and how to use Preso with the tools you already run.
What works today
Google. One connection, covering Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides. Connect it once in Connectors, then pick any file from your Google account when you add a file to Preso, and the deck is written from it. Docs, Slides and Sheets are exported to text on the way in, so they behave like any other document. The connection is read-only: Preso reads the files you pick, and nothing else.
Your own documents, no connector needed. Attach a PDF, Word doc, PowerPoint, or plain text to the prompt, or upload it under Files, or paste a link and we will fetch it. Everything you upload is kept, so you can reuse it later instead of uploading it twice. See Files.
The API and MCP server. Anything that can make an HTTP call can generate a deck, which is how you wire Preso into a system we do not have a connector for yet. An LLM agent can drive it through MCP. See Presentation API.
Export. Every deck exports to PowerPoint (PPTX) and PDF, so it lands wherever your team already works, connector or not. See Presenting & export.
Example use cases
Turn a brief into a pitch deck. Drop the brief into Drive, pick it in Preso, and ask for a 10-slide investor deck. The deck is written from the brief, not from a blank page.
Rebuild last year's deck for this year's numbers. Attach the old PPTX and the new figures. Preso keeps the story and updates the substance.
One deck per client, all on-brand. Give each client a workspace and a brand kit. Same prompt, correctly branded output every time. See Brands.
A recurring QBR without the recurring work. Put the account context and the last four QBRs in a project. Every new QBR starts already knowing them.
Decks from your own system. Call the API when a deal closes, a report lands, or a sprint ends, and get a finished deck back. See Presentation API.
