Workspace settings

Rename the workspace, change the brand details, and set who it is for. Billing is per workspace, so each one has its own balance and its own plan.

Bring your own AI gateway

Point Preso at your own model provider and it will use your key instead of ours. Generations then bill your provider directly and do not touch your Preso credit balance. Set the gateway type, base URL and key in workspace settings.

API keys

Create keys under Developers to use the Presentation API and MCP server. A key is shown once, when you create it, and only its prefix is stored afterwards, so keep it somewhere safe. Revoke a key at any time and it stops working immediately.

Exporting your data

Download my data in settings gives you a ZIP with your profile and every deck on your account, as raw JSON. It stays on your device, we do not email it.

Deleting your account

Deleting is permanent and we cannot undo it. In order, it:

1. Cancels any active subscription, so you are not billed again.
2. Deletes your workspaces and everything in them: decks, brands, projects and files.
3. Deletes your sign-in, so you can no longer log in.

You have to type your email address to confirm. If the subscription cannot be cancelled for any reason, nothing is deleted and we ask you to contact us, because an account you cannot log into but are still paying for would be the worst possible outcome.
